Position: Customer Service Associate – Seasonal

Work Hours: Shifts available between 7:00 am – 11:00 pm

Work Days: Monday – Friday with rotating every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Paid Training Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm for two days

Seasonal Training Classes Available: Must be able to attend all training and work time frames list

12/04/2019                  7:00 am – 6:00 pm

12/06/2019                  7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Responsibilities

  • You would be responsible for answering a variety of inbound calls from gift card inquiries, to making a camping reservation, or even helping someone place or locate an order, and more.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of client product and services.
  • Be able to successfully handle multiple systems.
  • Adhere to Five Star Call Centers privacy and procedure policies.
  • Successfully cross train as requested.

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Average computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Reliable with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Being able to speak Spanish is a plus
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
