Retail Phone Specialist

Work Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Paid Training Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for 3 weeks

Status: Full-Time

Five Star Call Centers is looking for those who want to provide world class customer service for a top brand retail client!  You will work with customers and vendors a like via a blended delivery of telephone calls, e-mail and chat.  We are looking for people with experience in retail and enjoy helping others while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.

Position Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the specific client products and services to identify and satisfy customer needs.
  • Possess advanced customer service skills including knowledge of client policies and procedures to maintain a high first-call resolution rate.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Be able to successfully handle customer interactions in multiple systems.
  • Record electronic customer transactions accurately and with every contact.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationship by cross selling and up selling.
  • Successfully cross-train as requested.
  • Meet productivity/quality standards and sales goals
  • Adhere to Five Star Call Centers privacy policies and procedures to ensure each customer’s privacy is protected.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail or call center experience (preferable retail sales experience in a call center environment)
  • Highly proficient with computer (MS word, excel, outlook, internet) and windows applications, ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
  • Phone etiquette Skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable & hard working
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
